Staff support from our customer service is available between 8:00 - 18:00. All you need to do is come and put your laundry into the washer. If you don’t have time to wait for the washer or dryer to finish, our staff will help you put out your laundry from the washer or dryer. So you can come back when your laundry is dry. You can wash general materials, such as clothes, bed sheets, futons, blankets, rugs, carpets, etc.
You only need to bring: The laundry you want to wash. You don’t need to bring detergents. We accept cash or Laundry Card.
It takes about 30 minutes. It depends on how much laundry you have. Once the dryer stops, open the door and check if they are dry enough. If they are not dry enough, you can dry them more.
Since we have free WiFi, you can enjoy your time at the store. You can also come back when your laundry is finished.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets in the store. Thank you for understanding.

Put your Laundry into the Washer.
*Make sure to check if there is nothing left behind before you start washing.
After you put your laundry into the Washer, Close the door firmly.
*Don't put the money at this point.
Select the Course.
*Select the Course before you put the money or Laundry Card.
Select the Strength of Dryer.
*When you choose a wash and dry course, please check if your laundry is dry enough. If you want to dry them more, you’ll need additional drying time.
Put the Cash or Laundry Card, then Press "START【利用】" button.
Cash: put the necessary amount of cash, the press start button. Laundry Card: put your Laundry Card into the machine. It will automatically subtract.
Complete !!
Once the machine stops, you need to check if it’s unlocked.
Please take all of your laundry.
Diapers, Pet supplies, Damaged fabrics, Wool, Wadded cotton quilts, Pillows, Stuffed animals, Rugs or carpets that cannot be folded.
Put your Laundry into the Dryer.
*Make sure to check if there is nothing left behind before you start washing.
After you put your dehydrated laundry into the Dryer, Close the door firmly.
*Don't put the money at this point.
Put the Cash or Laundry Card.
・Cash: put the required amount of cash into the machine.
・Laundry Card : put your Laundry Card into the machine.
Select the Strength of Dryer.
・High: Towels, Sheets, Blankets.
・Medium : Clothes
・Low : Delicate Clothing
Press "スタート" Button.
Complete !!
